Shipping & Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at IntricatePhotoPrinting.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We ship via USPS and Fed-Ex. You can choose the carrier at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is only possible using USPS. IntricatePhotoPrinting.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes. IntricatePhotoPrinting.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages. IntricatePhotoPrinting.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy.

We ship outside the U.S.; however, due to customs, delays in delivery can be expected.

Return Policy

Intricate Photo Printing will only accept returns on non-customized items that are purchased from our Prints, Gift Items and Wood Signs departments. All customized items, i.e. metal prints, gift boxes, coasters, etc. may not be returned and are sold with the disclaimer “All Sales Final.” Customized is described as having an image, text or graphic specifically designed or provided by the customer for printing or engraving on any substrate, media or product to make it personalized or unique.

If an item arrives damaged in shipping, Intricate Photo Printing will replace the item with a new piece of the same size and design as the one that was damaged. Contact us via email to report any damaged items with 10 business days of receipt and a return mail label will be provided. Replacement items will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of the notice via email from the customer. For any questions or concerns about our return policy please contact us.
